Do you have a cell site?

Land for Cell Tower:

  • Space for tower equipment roughly 50′ X 50′
  • Should be no more than 800 feet from a major paved public street.
  • The property should be within a zoning classification that allows communication structures.
  • Must provide 24 hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to all portions of the facility.

Building or Rooftop sites:

  • Should be a minimum of 3 to 8 stories tall
  • The zoning of the building should allow for communications facilities to be placed at your location.
  • Should be a flat roof, capable of handling equipment.
  • Must provide the ENTIRE roof for equipment, in the building or on the ground immediately next to the building.
  • Must provide 24 hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to all portions of the facility.

Evaluation Process
All properties will be evaluated by our team of RF engineers,  and Real Estate experts for viability.

BPP works directly with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and other tower companies and consultants nationwide. We are familiar with each carrier’s footprint, along with thorough understanding of their yearly budget. We present our client’s property to key individuals within those companies.
